Kuben blisk3/13/2023 The interesting thing about this scene, which many who haven’t played Titanfall may not have noticed, is that it mirrors one of the final scenes of Titanfall 2 where Blisk ends up recruiting a nearly dead Cooper to the Apex Predators. Players finally get to see Blisk back in person in The Endorsement when he recruits Rampart to become a legend. The writer made it pretty clear he was cheering for Kuben.īlisk has remained completely outside of gameplay up until the recent addition of Rampart’s graffiti to World’s Edge, where we see multiple murals of the commissioner. It ends with him mentioning it cost quite a lot to dine there, and he’d need to do some more betting at the Thunderdome. Blisk’s name was also mentioned during one of season four’s loading screens, with someone describing the restaurant where Loba’s parents were killed in by Revenant. Since then, fans have been speculating his fate. These messages reveal that the commissioner has been missing for years and is presumed dead. During Revenant’s release, Apex released a teaser that showed messages sent between Syndicate’s Director of PR and Hammond Robotics. In the release trailer, it is Blisk’s voice we hear introducing us to the game, and it ends with him giving someone an Apex card (similar to the one we see in Rampart’s trailer). The first-look we get of Blisk is in Apex’s opening trailer, where he is sitting at the bar and a man shows him an article of some Apex legends. This event becomes the game we know as Apex Legends. Legends from all over come to play for fortune and fame, some for information. The Titanfall games end with Blisk being selected as a commissioner for the battle royale blood-sport known as the Apex Games, recruiting legends and creating worlds to hold them alongside Hammond Robotics. The IMC and Hammond Robotics are the villains of Titanfall and often use the Apex Predators to fight back against the resistance, making Blisk one of the final bad guys you face in the game. In Titanfall, we are introduced to Kuben Blisk as the leader of the Apex Predators, a group of well-known mercenaries for hire. Both star Kuben Blisk, the mysterious man in flames. The video’s ending scene mirrors a similar one from Titanfall 2, another EA game that takes place in the same universe with intertwining storylines. The fun video ends with Rampart injured and her shop in flames as an older man walks through the fire to recruit her to the Apex games.
